Therapy begins with the possibility of speaking freely about what is present — what feels difficult, confusing, repetitive, or simply hard to understand.
My work is grounded in a psychoanalytic approach. Rather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, we gradually explore the emotional patterns, relationships, experiences, and internal conflicts that may be shaping how you feel and how you move through your life today.
This does not mean searching for a single explanation in the past. It means creating space to notice connections that are often difficult to see from within our own experience — including the ways we relate to others, respond to pressure, make choices, and understand ourselves.
Therapy is not a process of receiving ready-made answers or following a prescribed formula. It is a collaborative process of reflection and discovery, through which greater understanding can gradually create more freedom in how you experience yourself and the choices available to you.
