Sometimes life continues to function on the outside while something inside begins to feel tense or distant.
Psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and understand one's emotional life.
Sessions are conducted online.

About
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist working with adults in processes of emotional development, self-understanding, and psychological reflection.
My clinical work focuses on individuals who are often highly functional in their professional lives yet experience internal tension, emotional fatigue, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others.
Before dedicating myself fully to clinical practice, I spent over fifteen years working in Human Resources within corporate environments, with a strong focus on leadership development, people management, and organizational dynamics. This experience allows me to understand, from within, the psychological and relational complexities that often emerge in professional life, particularly among individuals in positions of responsibility.
Today my work is centered on psychotherapy with adults living in different parts of the world. Many of my patients are professionals, executives, and expatriates navigating demanding careers, cultural transitions, and personal questions that do not always find space in their everyday environments.
Therapy offers a place where one can think more freely, speak more honestly, and gradually develop a deeper understanding of one's own emotional life.
Sessions are conducted online.
Services
My work is centered on individual psychotherapy with adults. Sessions take place online and are conducted in Portuguese or English.
Psychotherapy is not limited to moments of crisis. Many people seek therapy when they begin to recognize patterns in their emotional life, relationships, or professional choices that they would like to understand more deeply.
Areas frequently explored in therapy include:
- Anxiety and emotional overload
- Persistent worry, internal pressure, difficulty slowing down, or feeling mentally exhausted despite maintaining high levels of functioning.
- Depression and loss of meaning
- Periods of discouragement, emotional numbness, loss of motivation, or a sense that life has become distant or mechanical.
- Professional and leadership challenges
- Psychological questions that emerge in positions of responsibility: decision pressure, isolation in leadership roles, conflicts between personal life and professional demands.
- Life transitions and expatriate experiences
- Adapting to new countries, cultural displacement, distance from family, and the emotional complexities of living abroad.
- Personal development and self-understanding
- A reflective space to understand one's emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and internal conflicts
- Clinical supervision for therapists is also available upon request.
Psychotherapy sessions are held weekly.
